Cayman Kayaks is owned and operated in the Cayman Islands by a husband and wife power couple, Tom and Lisha Watling, who stand behind their mission to provide professional, sustainable, and educational experiences.
Established in 2005, Cayman Kayaks is the original tour operator of Bioluminescent Tours in Grand Cayman. We specialize in providing sustainable Bioluminescent Tours by double kayak and Cayman’s only electric boat. We take pride in having a team who are certified guides and captains who will safely lead you through the night, teach you about this natural phenomenon, and the importance of exploring in an environment-friendly manor.
Our mission is to empower each guest and enrich their lives by providing a unique, safe, and memorable on-water experience, while opening eyes, hearts, and minds to the beauty that surrounds us and the role nature plays in a healthy planet. Our team is dedicated to acting as stewards of our planet and protecting and preserving our natural resources while teaching others to do the same. We take pride in every satisfied customer we have served since opening our doors; and we look forward to sharing our passion and experience with you.

Meet Our Team
As we embark on our seventeenth year in operation, we can hardly believe how far we have come. Starting with just one guide and a small fleet of kayaks in 2005, and the tremendous support from our guests, we feel humbled and blessed to have grown to where we are today.
One of the gratifying things about operating a business like ours is being able to surround ourselves with incredible individuals who welcome our guests and manage the logistical needs of the company. If it weren’t for these energetic and dynamic people, then we’d be just another tour operation. They are the reason that we are so successful, and we cannot thank them enough. We know your trip will be rewarding, in no small part due to the efforts of our staff every night.
